If you are experiencing a particular problem where it would be advantageous for us to be able to examine your settings and log files, we recommend that you not use this form for reporting the issue. Rather, we recommend that you download the most recent version of the Alligate support helper program here. Simply unzip this file into your Alligate root directory and run it. It will create a special file that you can email to support@alligate.com.
