Telephone support is offered Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm Pacific Time.

 

If you need telephone support for a potentially complicated issue, we request that you first send a generated diagnostic report and give us at least 30 minutes to look it over. Please send this report to support@alligate.com.

 

In your email, please include your telephone number and we will respond as quickly as possible.

 

If you are having issues receiving email, please also provide an alternate email address for us to use if we need to send you any information.
