Whenever you are requesting technical support, it is very often useful to send us a diagnostic report.

The Alligate Gateway Configuration program has a built in diagnostic report generator. This feature generates a ZIP file that contains numerous reports and configuration files. We can generally figure out a problem MUCH faster if we have this information in front of us.
