Notes:
For volumes that regularly exceed 2,000,000 connections day, we
recommend that 2 or more Alligate servers be installed in a clustered
environment.
We always recommend that
Alligate be installed on a dedicated computer. In most cases, it can be
installed on your current mail server if desired. In these types of
installations, we recommend that you
increase the system RAM to accommodate both Alligate as well as your
mail server.
Alligate requires minimal
disk space, however, as in all server applications, we recommend that
you use a hard disk as fast as possible.
